We recommend the 90 minute and 120 minute Cariño Massage sessions as a regular monthly wellness visit, the 60-minute Cariño Massage as a rejuvenating session and the 30-minute Cariño Massage as our Lunchtime Massage.

THE CARINO MASSAGE
 

The Cariño Massage (Light Massage): Our signature massage that is the most thorough, precise, and complete body massage available anywhere.  Once the therapist makes contact with the body, they don’t lose contact until the session is complete.  This massage style has been praised as the most “adaptable” style to your unique body and its healing needs.

The Cariño Firme (Firm-Sports style): The firm version of our signature massage is right for a more athletic or dense body type, recovering from an injury, or for those who enjoy a deep pressure massage.

The Cariño Seco (Dry Massage): Any of our massages are available "dry"; no oil or lotion is used and the therapist massages through the sheet.

THE TRADITIONAL MASSAGES
 

Swedish Massage: Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness. The therapist applies excess pressure in the affected area and rubs the muscles in and around the adjoining area in the same direction of blood flow to the heart.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: This style is designed for the body with dense muscle mass, to eliminate knots, locked up areas, and to free up congestion of the muscle attachments. Great for healing sports-related injuries.

Canceling an appointment

If you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment or you will be charged for the full price of your session. An email is NOT sufficient for cancellations, please call us. Thank you for noting this information!
